PAYMENT TERMS:
Buyer's fees will be added to the bid price.
For purchases $299 or less a 20% buy fee (no minimum) will be added to the bid price.
For purchases of $300 or more a 10% Buyers Fee (+ 4% for credit cards) minimum $150 will be added to the bid price.
Cash , Cashier Check, Visa, Mastercard, Money Order or Approved Checks.
Full payment and removal is due day of sale.

Known deficiencies on the State of Idaho Department of Fish & Game units will be noted in the catalog for your convenience. Non disclosure of defects is not grounds for cancellation of sale. All vehicles are sold as is where is with any and all faults known or unknown. The auction makes no warranty, express or implied, for any items offered. All sales are final, there are no refunds for any reason. It is your responsibility to inspect auction items before bidding. Failure to pay for property in full within the prescribed period of time entitles Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho to retain property and collect a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20 percent of the purchase price, or (b) $200.00.
